Responsibilities involve:

  • Ability to align business continuity to IT Information Security and transform strategic initiatives into actionable set of processes and controls.
  • Undertaking of enterprise-wide information security and risk strategy and framework.
  • Perform security and risk assessment (qualitative and quantitative) and assess the effectiveness of existing policies and controls. And recommend remediation/measures.

Oracle WebCenter Sites Developer

Job Description:

One of our prestigious partner in QATAR (a government organization), is looking to engage services of a ‘Oracle WebCenter Sites Developer’ consultant, based on ‘out sourcing’ model.

The WebCenter Sites (WCS) Developer’s role is to analyze, design, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot Oracle WCS. This includes configuring, coding, developing, integrating, testing and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle. The WCS Developer will work in the definition of the necessary schemas, the business process flows, and the user interfaces. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Work under the direction of Service Delivery and follow the architecture & design.
  • Analyzing user requirements, prototyping processes, and designing process solutions.
  • Hands on developer or architect working with one or more major enterprise content management platform from an industry leading vendor.
  • Recent IMPLEMENTATION experience with WebCenter Sites (formerly Fatwire); experience with older Fatwire product versions.
  • Concrete experience and background with Imaging, Document Management, and Web Content Management; other ECM pillars are pluses.
  • Comfortable working in any operating system—Windows, OSX, Linux.

CRM Applications Manager & Solution Architect

• As a CRM Application Architect/Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading and/or participating to understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions. • In this role, you will be expected to provide leadership in all technical aspects of a CRM initiative. Job Requirements

–        Architectural Skills :

  • Strong architectural skills in the delivery of complex CRM and Billing implementations with integration to other systems
  • As a CRM Application Architect/Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading and/or participating in all aspects of the design, development, and deployment of the CRM solution and related components (e.g., interfaces, conversions, etc.).
  • Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing

–        Principal Accountabilities

  • Cumulative Experience of not less than 12 Years
  • At least 7 years of International experience in CRM Implementations
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Lead / Managerial role
  • Participation in each phase of at least five full CRM lifecycle implementations
  • Technical Lead / Application Architect of at least two full (preferably in Siebel) lifecycle implementations
  • Strong CRM Applications configuration experience (preferably in Siebel)
